Concealment and masking are evident in all the works of this series, obscuring what is visible.
Durch das Verbergen und Maskieren wird das Sichtbare zum Unsichtbaren transferriert.

The north of Germany as a living space has had a lasting impact on the artist. The visible and the invisible are abstracted. Place and feeling form a symbiosis.
Der Norden Deutschland als Wohn- und Lebensraum hat das Œuvre des Künstlers nachhaltig geprägt. Das Sichtbare und Unsichtbare wird abstrahiert. Ort und Gefühl bilden eine Symbiose.

Einblicke in die Illustrationen aus Skizzenbüchern und Projekten ermöglichen es, die bildnerischen Ideen des Künstlers zu verstehen.
ABOUT
Lisa Starke was born and raised in 1997 in Bückeburg, a small town in the district of Schaumburg, Germany. After graduating from high school, the artist studied communication design in Hanover and art in Kiel.
Uncovering and concealing are the main features of her Œuvre, in which the artist wants to make the invisible visible.
ÜBER
Lisa Starke ist 1997 in Bückeburg, einer Kleinstadt im Landkreis Schaumburg, geboren und aufgewachsen. Nach dem Abitur studierte die Künstlerin Kommunikationsdesign in Hannover, sowie Kunst auf Lehramt in Kiel. Aufdecken und Verbergen sind die Hauptmerkmale ihrer Arbeiten, in denen das Unsichtbare sichtbar werden soll.
